Sourcing
We locally source our creamy burrata and buffalo mozzarella from the north and our fresh vegetables locally and from from the hill country.
Our Italian cheeses ,meats and even our flour are imported from Italy to ensure an authentic Italian experience.
We also provide free drinking water to all of our customers to help to reduce the burden of plastic waste.

We offer a range of options for most dietary requirements. With a highlight on vegan and vegetarian food, we try our best to accommodate all choices even offering gluten free pizzas and bread (when we're not sold out).
